Case Study–Product Marketing: Pharmaceutical

 A pharmaceutical company seeking to drive sales by connecting emotionally and cementing its reputation as the leading provider of treatment for a particular condition turned to CWI to produce a video that showed the challenges and triumphs of patients dealing with the disease and helped by a unique program supported by the company. 

Media:  Syndicated video streaming to web medical sites, and physician information sites.  Distribution via e-mail streaming link and DVD by request, to physicians for playback in their offices.   Segment was also shared with patient community of interest via opt-in group distribution list promoted by company in its advertising and traditional marketing campaigns.

Results: Significant spike in patient and physician interest and usage exceeding forecast sales demand in two consecutive quarters following debut of the video.
